公司于2002年登记注册成立，在占地16700㎡东瓯工业园的基础上，先后在丽水市水阁工业区兴建完成了占地面积25293㎡的生产基地，在温州泵阀工业园兴建24580㎡的总部大楼和产品开发研制基地。经过资源整合发挥优势现在已经形成以生产API6D标准球阀为主的丽水出口生产基地;以生产各种平板阀门、燃气阀门、液位计、管道视镜为主的平板阀门生产基地、以生产美标、日标和其他标准系列阀门的美标阀门生产基地;公司三大生产基地的形成使公司的内部分工明确，更加保证满足用户对阀门质量、数量和交货期的需求。
目前公司可以设计、制造、检测各种金属材料的闸阀、平板闸阀、球阀、截止阀、止回阀、蝶阀、旋塞阀、电站阀门八大阀门系列及液位计、过滤器、视镜等管道元件共二千多个规格型号。阀门的主体材料可以为碳钢、不锈钢、超低碳不锈钢、双相钢、耐热抗氧化钢、低温钢、钛钢等。
阀门的驱动方式为手动、齿轮传动、电动、气动、液动、电液联动等。
公司生产的阀门使用温度：-196~800℃;
阀门产品规格：DN15~DN1200(1/2~″~48″)；
阀门压力等级：PN1.0~42Mpa(150Lb~2500Lb)。
公司可以满足用户对设计生产BG、ANSI、API6D、API6A、BS、JIS、DIN、NF等标准的标准与非标准阀门、管件的需求。公司的产品研发设计中心近几年已经开发设计了市场急需的耐高温的平板闸阀、埋地式燃气阀、耐腐蚀液位计等并获得了国家专利产品。
公司设计生产的600磅级固定球球阀按API607标准耐火试验经过国家权威部门鉴定一次性通过。
